Mmmm. Party.
That party was much needed given events of the previous evening, but I reckon I've said all I want to say on that topic. As I predicted, though, we got nearly no sleep that night, and nearly no breakfast the next morning, all thanks to certain parties.
Dogear Wyrde is a really beautiful house, and Mrs. Malfoy certainly gives a lovely party. Much singing. Much dancing. Much, er, imbibing. Which lead to much snogging in the corner. And then much "snogging" in an upstairs spare bedroom.
Which is where we woke up, yesterday morning (or should I say afternoon?), to breakfast in bed from some very nice house elves. A man could get used to treatment like this.
We were surprised to find the house completely empty. No Professor Lupin, no Professor Black. I think we saw Mrs. Malfoy once, but she didn't seem to see us, or at least understand who we actually were. But then, she did seem a bit overwrought. I shouldn't wonder. I think she had nearly as horrid a post-Holiday week as we did.
After a self-guided grand tour, a soak in the tub, more food, and some additional, er, "napping," we saw Mrs. Malfoy depart Dogear Wyrde in something of a rush. So we decided we'd better get back to school before anyone came looking for us. But I see we weren't even missed at all, which is very convenient and means we can disappear whenever we want to.
Apparently our room was nearly empty Saturday night anyway. Hope you made good use of that opportunity, Neville!
So, did we miss anything? There are so many entries on our friends page and we can't be bothered to read them all. Dean says we should get something called the "low-down". Can anyone help us out?

Don't worry about it, you didn't miss much! Harry lost and found! My whole family was here in Hogwarts to look for everyone who went missing then dad taped us all together and we found Professor Lupin, Sirius and Harry in the hospital wing so I marched over to murder him for disappearing but then everything went black. Woke up in common room very hungry, how was the party?

The party was brilliant! Much insanity. Most of it is a blur, to be perfectly honest. Great food, though.
Harry keeps getting lost and found, doesn't he? He needs a map.

Ron, he sleeps in the next bed! You eat every meal together! Why would he need to owl you? I mean, sure, Dean and I send each other little love notes, but that isn't what you're doing . . .

What?! No! I had things to tell Harry and he wasn't around so I owled him but Pig keeps coming back with the letters!!
