Crookshanks
Excuse me, but if anyone has seen my cat, Crookshanks, please let me know! I have a feeling he is missing due to Love Your Neighbour Week. Crookshanks is a lovely, clever ginger cat with a flat nose and a bushy tail; you'll know him if you see him, and he does answer to the name Crookshanks. I'd really prefer him not to go up in smoke. Thank you!

I BET THE UGLY CAT IN MY DORM ATE HIM.

Re:

Oh, no! Is the cat awfully big? Have you looked up any spells? There must be one to make him regurgitate. Or perhaps one to see inside his stomach?

Re:

All right, hang on, I'm panicking. That doesn't make sense. Cats don't eat each other.

That's nonsense. Even so, Crookshanks can take care of himself.

I didn't call him that, he's older than I am.

Oh, I see. I didn't name Crookshanks, either.

Well, he was already fully grown when I got him, but he's not elderly or anything!

I miss him already.

Well you're not having Liver if that's what you're aiming at.

He's Sirius's partner I guess. I want to be sick. I didn't even write anything that personal in it. It's just Snape.

The one Ron gave me? I think I broke it when I got it, it's never worked. It used to just go off all the time and then it just stopped going off at all. It's in my trunk though.

Re:

Oh, sneakoscopes are silly. I wouldn't be surprised if it never worked at all. Anyway, could I borrow it? I've got a broken sneakoscope from someone and I want to see if I can put it back together, so I'd like to look at one that isn't in pieces first.

What exactly are you trying to open? It better not be someone else's prized possession, Ron. And you'd better not be planning to take anything that's not yours unless you want your own possession to go up in smoke!
