Current mood: cheerful

Good deeds!!
I've been doing my good deeds. Professor Trelawney said that I was going to live a long life filled with things that were good and bad but that I was going to have a mishap with the Giant Squid soon!! So I went away, but I decided that the Giant Squid might really not be so bad after all. And then I drew a picture of Luna.

It isn't very good I know but last summer when I was seeing the Muggle therapist person thingy I did a lot of drawing and all that. Sometimes it helped!! And things are really very pretty and you can see that Luna's hair isn't rose coloured at all, ha ha, even though I'm wearing rose-coloured glasses!

Anyway I'm going to go try and teach Professor Trelawney about milkmen, she said I could be by sometime tonight to fulfill another good deed!

Am I really that ugly? I hope so.

So far I have: Listened to Professor Trelawney tell me that you will break my glasses, told the elf Dobby all about my Mummy, hugged Hagrid. I wanted to know if he could crush me but he can't. It's not allowed.

Also I think I made you laugh.

Re:

I'm not going to break your glasses!! I keep telling you, but I don't know, is something wrong?! Did I do something that you won't believe me?!

Hagrid doesn't crush people I don't think because when we were really little he saved Dennis from drowning in the lake. I don't think that people who crush people would save people from the lake, would they?

And you are not ugly! In the picture or in real life I don't think.

Re:

I'm just not used to not having my glasses nearby. I keep checking my pocket you know.

You could teach me about milkmen. Does that count?

Re:

I think it does!! But it only counts for me, not for you. Unless you can teach me about the wizarding world too. Only I think I've learned most everything that would shock and amaze me, so that's not really going to work, will it?

I'm sorry about your pocket! If I could give them back I might.

Re:

I could teach you how to make tomato rings. Or beetle buttons. Am more in a beetle mood.

You Might? Well it doesn't matter because we can't anyway.

You've not asked once about Soblessa you know.

Re:

I don't know, I don't think you'd hurt the picture of Soblessa! I don't know if you could anyway, because there's charms on it to stop that sort of thing from happening.

Re:

I wouldnt hurt her, I was just pointing something out but I'm not sure it matters.

You never said about tomato rings and beetle buttons.

You know, you have quite the talent for capturing people and personality, Colin. I hope you start taking pictures again soon.

Re:

I think I will!! You know I got out my camera the other day? It was all dusty! But now it's cleaned off and I sent home for some more film and some other things, so I think I'll start taking pictures again! Only now I want to take them of Hogwarts, see, because when I'm wearing Luna's glasses everything is so different. There's so much that I wasn't able to see before and now I can!

Re:

I do hope your artistic desire remains even when you return Luna's glasses to her. I am glad you're enjoying them, though!
