My dress arrived! :)
My gown finally arrived by owl post this morning! I am so relieved. I've included a picture here, too! It's blue, of course. :) And I think that although rather simple, it's reasonably elegant. I absolutely adore the material for the skirt, as well. ^.-




In my opinion, some people are getting just a little too hyped about wearing black. Black can be elegant, granted, but it can also be... well, a bit too dark. And this is, after all, the Bleu Ball, not the Black Ball, for those who need reminding. Halloween is still over four months away, you know, so there's no need to take out the vampire costumes quite yet.

Nothing too exciting has been happening this week in particular. Aside from all the preparation for the Bleu Ball, of course! ;) Divination and Astronomy have been bright points in this otherwise dull school week, as usual. It appears that I shall be working with Harry in Astronomy, rather than Hermione, for the remainder of the year. I don't mind too much really, although I rather think he could use some advice on dealing with that untidy hair of his.

I simply can't believe that it's almost Saturday! I absolutely cannot wait much longer! It's just a few more days away!!! And I'm delighted, of course, that my friend Seamus will be escorting me to the ball. :) I think that the dance will be a great deal of fun, overall.

Oh oh!!!! Parvati!!! That's such a pretty dress!!! ^_^ It looks like the princess in Aladdin!!! ^_^ I changed my mind about the blue dress I was going to wear, I decided we should both be Aladdin princesses!!! ^_~ I'll post the picture of it in a bit!! :D :D Oh and don't bother with that Parkinson girl, some people just can't appreciate colours!!! Pretty girls wouldn't wear black, only those who have something to hide would, right??? Hee!! ^_^ See you later!!! *huggies!*

Yes, well, I could wear blue.
I could also dress like a hand-me-down throwback to 1955. But you've got that covered, so I believe I'll wear black.
