Some people are utterly tasteless.

If there is anything I can do for you, Molly and Arthur, don't hesitate to ask.

Are you really surprised?

onourbrooms @ 2004-04-17 05:37 pm UTC

No, not as such. This is, after all, the royal family of tact we're talking about.

I for one am surprised that they haven't just started making 'WE ARE EVIL' banners and carrying them around at times like this.

(parent)
onourbrooms @ 2004-04-17 05:43 pm UTC

I'm sure the banner clashed with Narcissa's eyebrows, so she vetoed it.

I have always suspected Lucius is trying too hard to compensate for some other part of his personality that's lacking.

We reserve such things for special occasions.

Honestly, I do feel sorry for them. One cannot help but to do so.

onourbrooms @ 2004-04-17 05:49 pm UTC

Much like how I cannot help but feel sorry for you nearly every single day.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 06:10 pm UTC

Likewise.

Oh, will that come when Drakiedo gets tortured instead?

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 06:11 pm UTC

You are most amusing.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 06:12 pm UTC

You are far more amusing. I hope your husband banishes you from speaking to your son again. I felt very accomplished then myself.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 06:56 pm UTC

How you flatter me! Tut, tut. Lucius cannot make me do anything that I do not wish to do, Sylvia. Suffice it to say, I would never cease speaking to my son no matter what comes to pass in our lives.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 07:01 pm UTC

You wished to make a fool of yourself speaking in anagrams so Lucius wouldn't know what you were saying? Good to know being a dumb twat was done as an elective then. Here I worried you were just afraid of him.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 07:22 pm UTC

There are times when extreme measures must be taken to insure personal private matters to which a husband ought not be privy. Although I am aware what an elective is, I must remind you that I have never attended Muggle university and that I therefore would have no firsthand knowledge on what a course designed around the topic of dumb twat would be like. You, however, seem to have extremely intimate knowledge on the subject.

I am afraid of no one.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 07:30 pm UTC

If you truly aren't afraid of anyone, your idiocy rivals that of some of the dumber Muggles I've seen. One day your son is going to annoy the wrong person. But then I cannot truly think that you would care.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 07:34 pm UTC

Why are you so very interested who I am or am not afraid of, Sylvia? Careful, one may think you actually care. Cease speaking of Draco; he is not your concern.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 07:38 pm UTC

Because I fancy the idea of seeing your soul sucked out actually.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 07:41 pm UTC

Then I am sorry to disappoint as that will not be happening.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 07:43 pm UTC

Keep flaunting your ties to You-Know-Who and I've no doubt that it will. Oh, I'm sorry, was I supposed to allude to that by mentioning your 'business associate' rather than being blunt? Silly me.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 07:50 pm UTC

I flaunt nothing of the sort. It is no fault of my own that people with no lives of their own seek to create trouble for those who are better than them.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 07:52 pm UTC

Yes that's right. For instance Kiki Leavenshire created quite a bit of trouble for people like you, I'm certain. Now go off and talk about your business associate a bit more. I know that unemployed people have plenty of those.

(parent)
blondenarcissa @ 2004-04-17 07:57 pm UTC

Kiki Leavenshire was a dear woman and it pains me that you would speak of her in such a crass manner. I never claimed to be unemployed.

I have no wish to do so. Narcissa has been a wonderful mother and partner; I could ask for no one better than she. She's allowed to do as she pleases--I have no wish to stifle her, nor do I have the right. She's an adult and comports herself as such.

I do hope that my Little Dragon is doing well. I miss him terribly and am still not allowed to have any contact with him.

A quote from your loving wife there if you were confused.

purestblood @ 2004-04-17 10:55 pm UTC

And, Sylvia, perhaps you might turn your attention away from padding certain articles of clothing in the vain hope that you'll appear female to the circumstances under which the above was written. You know nothing of parenting--and I must admit it's quite refreshing to meet a woman who at least knows her limitations--so I'm sure your valuable expertise would be best spent on those who find it useful, or, at the most, warranted.

(parent)
sinistra @ 2004-04-17 11:04 pm UTC

Yes, do focus your attention on petty insults in order to distract from the fact that I just pointed out that you're an idiot and a sloppy liar.

(parent)
purestblood @ 2004-04-17 11:09 pm UTC

Oh, Sylvia, you are priceless, aren't you? I am so sorry your opinion of me is so low. I am quite certain that you know just the extent to which I value your appraisals of my character.
