My preparations are nearly complete! There are merely a few loose ends to take care of and I shall be finished. Soon I shall become a sane, functional human being again. It shall be a few weeks of touch and go, but after that everything shall be in its right place.

While I am here, I would like to take the opportunity to discuss Peter Pettigrew. It seems that a number of students at Hogwarts--Harry Potter included--are concerned that the Ministry of Magic has ceased researching information about the culprit or culprits who assisted in Pettigrew's escape from Azkaban. What is to be gained from needless worry? The world is not quite the dismal place that some would have you believe.

What is to be gained from seeking this information out any further? I ask you this.

I must return to the Ministry presently. Miss Clearwater--an associate of mine--and I have much work to do this evening. We must meet with Minister Fudge to discuss a few things. I look forward to our discussion. Every conversation with the Minister is a valuable one.
