color me apathetic
Remus Lupin has to be the personification of a sedative. Honestly, even the color of mouldy brown is more exciting. I imagine counting dust particles holds more entertainment and interest than reading Remus "I'm Dull" Lupin's journal. However, I should be grateful that he has taken it upon himself to grace our online community with his lackluster presence as it has saved me the effort of brewing a batch of sleeping potion for Madame Pomfrey's patients.
All I had to do was simply print out the entirety of Lupin's journal and it had the average student unconscious with boredom within three minutes. I even have my own copy stashed in my night table for those times when I don't want to take the potion equivalent of valium.
So, in an attempt to make his last entry a bit more colorful, I've gone through the trouble of spiffing them up a bit.
Yall liss'n here. I rather like bein alone in London. I spent the good majority of the last day curled up in my hotel room wif coffee an' a book. Though I miss Sirius (an' didn't see his post in time ta brin him wif me! - I'm sorry, Sirius) an' havin a niatly bed-partner (that was *not* a sexual reference, thanks) it is good ta have some time by myself.
Well, comin trailer in a few airs. I look forward ta seein everyone.
I am still not a good liar. Are yall wif me? Hah. Anyway, an like'a that. Ya reckon?
I believe that makes it a bit of a less chore to read. However, I'm particularly fond of this translation.
I rather like being alone in London. I spent the wanking good majority of the last day fingered up in my hotel room with coffee and a squirting book. Though I fucked Sirius (and didn't see his post in time to bring him with me! - I'm sorry, Sirius) and having a gangbanging nightly bed-partner (that was *not* a sexual reference, fistfucks) it is good to have some time by myself.
Well, coming home in a few hours. I look forward to seeing everyone. I am still not a wanking good liar. Hah. Anyway.
So, by doing this, I am attempting to inject some semblance of novelty into his entries. I am actually doing Mr. Mundane a favor. If I could be any more bored with his journal, I would be catatonic.

Really, Snape. One would think that a renowned Potions master such as yourself would have more important things to do than posting asinine things like this. And you call me juvenile. Oh, that's right. You do have nothing better to do, I forgot.

Black,
Please spare us all by implying that I have nothing better to do on a bloody Tuesday night. You are the one who's going on and on...waxing tragic about being in a lonely bed. I find your post boring too.
Here's something to "spiff it up" a bit. Cockney anyone?
Right, right, Snape. One would fink that a renowned Potions master such as yorself would 'ave more important fings ter do than postin' asinine fings like this. And yer call me juvenile. Oh, that's right. Yer do 'ave nuffink better ter do, I forgot.
And that is definitely something that I find rather entertaining.

I have no need to imply anything. Small entertainment for petty minds, I always say. And I'm sure the times you don't have a lonely bed are few and far between.

Black,
This seems to be a recurring theme for you. Why are you so interested in my nocturnal activities? You have absolutely no inkling of what I do during my personal time. I don't advertise my private life to the entire world.
However, since you do, it would be practically remiss of me not to comment about it.

Seeing as you were the one who brought it up this time, Snape, one might infer that you were the one obsessed with my sleeping habits.
Those who can't, complain about those who do.

Oh, such harsh words Black. I am, indeed, very much wounded to the quick and my virility has been pricked by your insults.
I believe that those who have something to prove go overboard in asserting their...erm...manhood. Is this the case Black? Is there something rather shortcoming about your romantic entanglements?
Say it isn't so!

I have no need to assert my manhood. My reputation speaks for itself. It sounds to me like you have something to prove. If not, you wouldn't try to attack me by insulting my lover.

Black,
As far as I can see, I am not questioning Lupin's, erm, prowess. However, I do take issue with the obvious mangling of the English language. For someone whose personal journal is so bland and mind-numbingly boring, he'd have to have something else extra in the physical area.
It is his only saving grace, apparently.

For someone as long-winded in their journal as you are, Snape, that's a hypocritical thing to say. It's a personal journal. Remus should be able to say whatever he wants. His purpose here is not to entertain you.
As for his prowess, that's between Remus and myself. Though I cannot help what your deluded fantasies dwell upon, and I don't want to know.

On the contrary Black, I feel that compared to how boring the man is in person, he'd at least have the decency to be a bit more interesting in his journal. If these are the private ramblings and musings of the man, then color me truly underwhelmed. If I am forced to read everyone's journal, then they'd better make damned sure to be entertaining.
I will agree with you on one thing, Black. Whatever you and Lupin do in the privacy of your own quarters should be private. Unfortunately, it is descriptive posts such as this that force the discriminating reader (like myself) to protest.
