Sanctum Sanctorum, I wish I had it.
I must admit to feeling a bit perturbed at recent events.

Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived to Plague My Existence, along with his erstwhile red headed Weasley friend, directly disobeyed orders from Albus and Minerva. With all the hubbub on the continent in recent months, you would think that Potter would realise that these rules are here for a reason.

It astounds even me that the boy has made it through so far relatively unscathed. However, I do believe that Potter has taken a rather casual attitude to breaking these pathetically simple rules. Even those with the common sense of a newt could follow them.

I see that I have my work cut out for myself. I have requested a meeting with Albus and the other head of houses. I have an idea that will bring Potter under control. And if this one doesn't work, I don't know what will.

I believe that there is more to the story than Draco Malfoy is letting on. The boy practically takes notes on Potter's life. I'm almost certain that Draco is covering for Potter. I cannot fathom the reason why, and from Lucius' reply, neither can he. The best reason we were able to come up with - extortion. Draco obviously was going to use the quidditch match to bribe Potter and Weasley. Lucius was pleased with this explanation.

Lucius is apparently holding another toga party. Next time I'm at Malfoy Manor, I'm going to destroy his copy of "The Symposium". He always gets so worked up after reading it. He will be sorely disappointed when I refuse to wear a toga fastened with a string of grapes. I do not see the appeal of prancing about in bedclothes. I cringe at the thought of two hundred balding and pauch-ridden wizards running around in sheets and sandals. I fear I may block out the experience. I cannot abide sandals.

As an afterthought, it seems as though Black and Sprout are teaming up to demonstrate Defence Against Highly Irritable Flora. I believe that this is Sprout's way of ingratiating herself with the only family Potter has. This is only one example. The other night, I noticed that she had baked an apple pie for Lupin, who everyone knows is considered a adoptive family member of Potter's as well. This is very suspicious.

Black. Words fail me at this moment. How can you convey just how ridiculous an accusation is? As I've said. Words fail me. This very rarely happens.

Not an accusation, but a fact. You wanted me. You are speechless because you cannot deny reality. See my next post for the real reason why...

As for Harry, we are in agreement for once. He has not responded to any of my messages so I can only conclude he has somehting to hide. Do see if your mini-death eater knows something.

Sir, you can't blame Malfoy. He didn't see me there. It is all my fault. If he had seen me, he would have told! You know he would!

No party?

Oh, but Severus, you would look so very good in that toga with the grapes. And *smirk* so very edible.
