I noticed that breakfast was slightly undercooked this morning. I'd also like to point out that since Millicent's destroyed the Potions room, I believe I left some very expensive items in it that were likely destroyed in the wreckage. I can't be sure of the totals, but clearly Millicent owes me some money. I'd like to issue a complaint on the state of the common bathrooms at Hogwarts. The showers are subpar. I can hardly be expected to use these sorts of things. I'd forgotten how wretched the baths are during my years as a Prefect. Surely I should still have access to the Prefect's bathroom. I can't be expected to lower my standards now. Also, I've received another threatening message in my food. The terrorist house-elves have not ceased stalking me. Yet, nothing is done about this. I would think that as the prized pupil of Hogwarts, a little more concern would be given to my needs, but it's obvious that my life is slowly turning into a theatrical tragedy in which I play the scapegoat who is brutally stabbed to death by imbeciles. Also, if I see one more set of cosmetics being passed around throughout lessons so that twittering little girls can entertain fantasies that a bit of wax and powder will somehow transform them from mountain trolls to Veela, I will be left with little choice but to climb to the top of the North Tower and begin taking out students at random. Evidently some have forgotten that there are still members of this school who have standards. I will no longer take any of this lying down.

I can see that, dearest. Your breathing is very calm. I can tell because your chest is rising and falling so slowly. You're so handsome when you're calm like this.

No, not yet, though I expect eventually she'll realise that this sort of dictatorship is a tad too stringent.

Maybe you should ask her about it. You can't go on like this until the end of term. That would be just awful. My poor darling shouldn't have to work so much more than everyone else.
You know, Draco, if the Slytherin boys' showers are so awful, you could use the girls'. I'm sure we keep things a lot nicer than Crabbe and Goyle do.

I haven't had a shower in two days. I'd considered breaking into Ravenclaw and using their showers, as you know they're likely obsessive-compulsively neat, but I suppose that will do. Assuming, of course, you'll stand guard and make certain Queenie doesn't try to break in.
