Since I have nothing else to do with my day, I have a message to pass on:
I feel it would be wise to inform you all that any damage inflicted to the possessions of your partners will, of course, only reflect on your own possession. This is of course excusing any ... ah, accidental damage. Should you feel the whim to test the strength of any of these items, the consequences will be most upsetting.
As a reminder, anyone who has not found their partner after dinner will find the object in their possession has gone up in smoke. You may then report to me at any time after dinner. Professor McGonagall will be delighted to show you the way.
I do hope everyone is having fun!
Oh! And I must beg of you not to try exchanging items. There is a method to all of this. I think.Headmaster Dumbledore

Fortunately, Professor Vector, I was able to assess that this journal belonged to you. I see that this means we shall be partnering for the week. I will leave it at that.
