Percy & Penelope!!
Well I won't say I didn't cry through the whole wedding because I did, I couldn't help it you know! It is my little boy, my little Percy, all grown up and I don't know when the last time he cut his hair was so he looked different and older and like a little gentlemen. I've never been to a muggle wedding before you know so it was a bit weird and I felt somewhat out of place. But they had a nice reception afterwards and Penelope changed out of her pretty gown which was a shame because it was so lovely but I suppose she didn't want to get it dirty! I hate to see what Arthur will do when Ginny gets married, he was a mess I don't mind telling you! Although it was good to see his brothers I think the muggles were a bit shocked by the family! I'm afraid our muggle clothes weren't very convincing, Penelope helped me buy a nice dress but Arthur wore a kilt, I'm not sure why. Anyway they're coming to dinner tonight which will be lovely!!!
I do wish Charlie could have been there but I don't suppose that would have worked, Percy and Penelope and Arthur and me went to visit after and told him and I'm sure he was happy to know.

Mother, I am sorry if you felt out of place. It was simply more convenient to hold it in a Muggle cathedral so that Penelope's relatives and friends would be able to attend.

Oh it was all right after the ceremony!! I had a lovely time Percy!! Did your uncle Mark ever apologise for what he said to Penny's mum???

No, though I believe we handled the situation well. Uncle Mark could not have known that she was married simply by looking at her.

When was the last time you cut your hair?? Bill cuts his and you grow yours! I just don't know what to do with you children sometimes!

I did not grow my hair intentionally. I simply have not had the opportunity to trim it in recent months.

Many congratulations on the day, Mrs. Weasley.
I just wondered, how did Charlie seem? I haven't been able to get away from the castle at all, of course, being term time and all, and I send him owls but, you know, it isn't as though he can answer. But I did want you to know that if all goes as planned, I will soon be able to visit him nearly every day—at least, every day that I am working, though I'm sure as an apprentice I will be working a great deal.
Anyway, don't mean to intrude, but just to say that, and, I'm glad you saw him. I'm sure he enjoyed the visit.
