There are lots of theories on the FINE thread. They basically boil down to one of the following: snogging; macking; H/D make-up and progress and lots of talking but just without snogging; cheering charms. The last one sucked.

I am curious to know why everybody seems to be assuming Draco's "fine" was meant in a non-sarcastic manner. I myself read it more as a snarkly "I'm just fine, dammit, now go away" sort of thing, but I'm also sure I might have missed some crucial (fine ^_~) clue along the way.

Yeah, I admit that may be one of the problems of Nraged. I read his post, and I was like, oohh, he's being all snarky and "I'm FINE so sod off!" and then I got to Nraged and everyone was into in-depth analysis mode. Wah, so many theories, so little time to read them :)

Thought: Though, NA does depend heavily on subtext a lot. Hmmmm......

I somehow totally blanked out on the fact that Draco's mood is always 'enraged' for every single entry, hence the significance of 'fine.' Oh, N_A, how the many sleepless nights watching you like a hawk have tampered with my brain!

No one seems to think that actually. Everyone assumes it is sarcastic and the few people who have said it wasn't were told harshly that they were wrong.
