Neville is up to no good.

Neville has basically admitted that he's behind some vile plot to sabatoge the one threat to his continued existence as an unchecked Dark Wizard, Snape. Anger, he says, but if he were angry, or even enraged, as he claims, he wouldn't be sitting calmly down and subtlely suggesting to McGonnagall and Dumbledore that he should not be in Potions, since he couldn't pass it anyway. Since simply being a fool has failed, he's resorted to outright sabatoge.

The problem is that I don't know exactly what nefarious purpose Neville has in not looking good at Potions. However, I have a theory. The malaize afflicting the castle could very well be due to some advanced mind-distorting chemicals/potions in the food/water. As I have said before, nobody expects him, and he has access to Snape's stores (and perhaps uses them as well. It could be that the ingredient mixup was not an intentional plot to kill Snape, but due to Neville putting the ingredients back in the wrong place after using them for his nefarious schemes.), and no one would question Neville having access to Hogwarts water supply or food supply, since he would never do anything wrong. I think it would be prudent to check that Neville has kept away from the House Elves. You will notice that Neville's name is conspiciously absent from the SPEW member's list. He's a Griffindor 6th year friend of Hermoine's, and yet it's missing. I would not trust this guy farther than I can throw him. And given that I'm not much in the way of throwing things, and Neville is not much in the way of easy to throw, you can draw your own conclusions. Now, if Snape or another competent professional were to examine it, and find something wrong, the blame wouldn't possibly fall on Neville. He sucks at that stuff. So it would fall to someone who appears competent at potions. Like Malfoy. This may be of significance, but I think it would be a long stretch to say that Neville is commiting guerilla warfare against Death Eater families, so I won't say it.

Directly? Probably not. I suppose some nutjobs might suggest that Neville can do anything, but we're going to try working within the bounds of believability here.

I must be living in denial.
Neville's still good... Neville's still good...

Sourcinderella you must join my conspiracy theory , the Neville is still good and it is all part of a devine plan that we can not possibly not even begin to comprehend theory.
We will smite down these wicked fools , who worship evil and destruction.

You don't have to fight me. Neville can be a Dark Lord and yet it can be part of a divinely good plan.

From Alexander Pope's "Essay on Man"

Cease then, nor order imperfection name:
Our proper bliss depends on what we blame.
Know thy own point: This kind, this due degree
Of blindness, weakness, Heav'n bestows on thee.
Submit.--In this, or any other sphere,
Secure to be as blest as thou canst bear:
Safe in the hand of one disposing pow'r,
Or in the natal, or the mortal hour.
All nature is but art, unknown to thee;
All chance, direction, which thou canst not see;
All discord, harmony, not understood;
All partial evil, universal good:
And, spite of pride, in erring reason's spite,
One truth is clear, Whatever is, is right.

Granny Weather wax , Discworld~

When you know the difference between right and wrong you will always choose to do right.

Neville knows the difference.

Well, I asked the Magic Cactus:

Is Neville up to no good?
Answer: HAH! You REALLY think that'll work?

*gasp* Obviously the dark side is strong in Neville.

He's even put the screw to the magic cacti!

judging from Vincent Crabbe's entry, what Neville did was to walk out of potions class. That has to be a first! Why did he do that? (I'm sure that you'll assure me that he did it because he's an evil overlord, but what prompted him, I mean?)

One of Snape's insinuations hit a nerve. I wouldn't be surprised if Neville shouted out "Give me some light: away!" as he got up to leave.

I think the only thing this is indicative of is that Neville's a horrible person who doesn't acknowledge the plight of the house elf kind.

Can't spell Neville without Evil, though.

Neville? A horrible person? This is news to most of Hogwarts. And the over-credulus portion of nraged.

And you can't spell Draco Malfoy without moral.
Ah, anagramatic fun.

By George, I think you've cracked it!
Lacy = Draco Malfoy, so Mrs. Figg is in fact Crookshanks who is in fact Draco, who shapeshifts since he likes wearing lace so much.
Better protect this entry, in case J.K. finds it and sues us.

But he does have a particular reason to hate Draco, since Draco killed Trevor... it was sometime last year, there are posts in the archives for the main journal.

Oh! I have flags, and a Trevor icon drawn; I am giving them to a friend to be animated. ^^ But, I have no place to host them so that I can make a post and share once they are animated; could I send them to you, maybe? (goes back to getting ready for stupid job, once again.)

Unfortunetly, I'm leaving school tomorrow, and won't have a place to host shit after that. If you get them done tonight, I can. You can email them to fightslikeacow@yahoo.com

I will find someplace... (begins planning)
