I love obscure HP characters like Lavender,so of course i read her journal, I was wondering if it was just me or if Lavender has become anorexic?

Thankfully Neville and Lupin are trying to intervene.
Atleast this finally gives her depth and character development.
I was afraid her journal would become just a humorous filler.
I also noticed the ditzy homophobic
comments,oh Merlin is this gonna get messy.

um...yeah, lavender's in a bit of a tight spot. her parents are getting divorced, and her logic is that is she is thin and pretty, then her father will not want to leave/move out/whatever. she and parvati used to fast together, but parvati's realized the joys of eating again. so yeah...lavender has some problems to deal with.

I was wondering that as well. I also got the feeling that she's overcompensating with all the happy animated gifs.
