I think that the professors knew that they would be finding dead bodies in there. So the show of care is not really a surprise to me. but god! Sirius sounds so weary here, and I really liked Snape's comment. I thought it showed a lot about how even Snape is completely affected by this attack, just as much as everyone else.

I <333333 it!! That validates my Sirius/Severus love so much.. They are definitely two of my favorite characters both in the books and in NA.

I love how Snape tries not to care but you can tell he's failing. :)
