A whole new look. . .
Mood: complacent

Harry now has a new layout, courtesy of one Ron Weasley.

Now not only do they have matching icons, but matching layouts too. .

So go now, look at Ron has done with Harry's journal. *warning* You may want to shield your eyes, that background certainly is. . . flashy. . . No doubt in my mind what team Ron supports.

That background hurts my eyes. But Ron is a very cute w00blet for making it.

Ah, Ron....

well at least this is more subtle than peeing on him to mark his territory...

If I'm figuring the timing right, his visitors were Black, then Remus, then Ron and Hermione. And then Draco at 3am. (with Ron popping in and out at frantic intervals)

Since nothing's been written on it, I'm guessing that the earlier trip to see Pansy had no Potter detour (since Pomfrey was keeping away visitors).

But despite Ron's journal design, it does seem like Draco, Hermione and Ron are coming to some kind of uneasy truce, at least for a moment. Ron and Hermione cannot help but notice that there is some kind of *mutual* friendship/connection.

And the fact that Harry asked for Draco... was this not a death eater attack after all? Or perhaps he really doesn't connect Draco to his death eater Father in any way? That seems a bit much to me given all the mudbloods and "My Fathers", but hey, I still can't get at a gut-level why Harry bothers with Draco at all, so I am clearly not in a good position to wrap my head around this.

Is that allowed here?

Good point. I think, as the Nraged Cop, I should arrest them. Or at least place them in protective custody.

heh. The funny thing is that I actually adore H/D.

It is only that--despite some marvelous explanations by nragers, such as here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/nraged/175673.html?thread=3054649)--I just don't understand at an emotional gut level why Harry feels that Draco is worth it. I usually deal with it by telling myself that there must be things that never make it into the LJs that have shown Harry another side of Draco. It is entirely my own little problem which I usually compartmentalize away.

Things like a possible Death Eater attack make it harder to suspend my disbelief, but I am still just as likely as anyone to sigh sappily over Draco sitting by an injured Harry at 3am. :)

I love Ron so much. For all that this background is completely hideous, it's so typical Ron. The thing I really get a kick out of is that Draco hates the canons. Bollocks for him then, having to look at Harry's layout.

Or he could just use his own beautiful friend's list. I bet Harry uses Draco's friend's list too.

Doesn't everyone read Draco's friends list? I know I do...

My favorite thing about Draco's "friends" list is that he's friended himself.

That was mean. I thought Harry was back. And then they let me down hard. Yay.

It's great.

Poor Ron, he needs something to do so badly with Harry still in the Hospital. I'm so glad he made this, it must make him feel productive for Harry.

does Harry even like the Chudley Cannons though? I've never really been sure if he does. It'll be something of a shock to Harry to see his background if he doesn't support the team.
