Harry wants to go home. Oh, I nearly cried for the both of them. I'm still nearly crying.
"Fine fellow, that particular proprietor."
Wah. Much love, Lupin's player. Much love indeed.

The 'fine proprietor' is most likely a reference to a character in Good Omens, the novel by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. Actually, I'm pretty sure it is; I won't go into more details, because that'd spoil the novel if you've never read it before, but several events are familiar, including the bookstore in SoHo, lunch at the Ritz, St. James' Park and a few other things.
Also, if you can ever get your hands on a copy of the book, it's well worth a read.

I would give him the world if he asked for it, simply because I know he never would.
Oh, god. Something about that line... gah. I had tears in my eyes just by the time I finished reading it, and I was fine before that. And I didn't get much better for the rest of it. Remus' player has a way with words that just blows me away consistently, and affects me in a way I've never experienced before.
I can be a sentimental fool sometimes.

Count me in. I love these posts where Lupin talks about Harry or Sirius. It reminds me why love is such a wonderful thing. I really can't put into words what I want to say, it's just this little warm place in your heart; you know it's there but you can't describe it to other people.
It sounds like they had a wonderful time. I can just see the two of them feeding the ducks, walking around, drinking up the comfort the other had to offer. I feel all warm and fluffy.
I <3 Lupin.

His mention of feeding the ducks in St James Park remeinded me of the book Good Omens...
