Maybe Charlie is worried about the state of his parents' marriage. He may be independent but that doesn't exempt him from worrying about them.

Charlie may also be worrying about Ginny. Wasn't she going to go visit Cho and her mother?

Good for Seamus, telling off Remus. While he may even be right here...they both need sense knocked into them.

As for the her...I also think it's Mrs. Weasley, since Charlie was kind of distressed that she was gone...
