I agree, Charlie has probably sent Seamus a letter saying that he will be back in a few days and wants to meet up. I believe that the two are still in a relationship...

Charlie's return? Over the Cho thing? Because I can't see him being upset about Dean or Draco (whom he saw recently) or Boot (after the breakfast in bed thing).

Charlie's not with Cho anymore. There's been a long-distance thing between Charlie & Seamus for a little while.

I'm not sure if Seamus' panic about Charlie means that he's a bit conflicted about his feelings for/relationship with Dean, or if maybe he's just real nervous about seeing Charlie face-to-face again.

That's what I assumed. It's been a while since they've seen each other and Seamus likes him a lot. He needs somebody to probably look at the clothes he's thinking of wearing and what he's going to do, etc.

But also, Harry may be crap at clothing but he is gay, so he'd probably be able to say whether Seamus looked attractive in something. I wouldn't be surprised if the two of them often talked to each other about guys in general.

I shall now amuse myself with the idea of Seamus asking Ron for this advice.

Oh good good, I really like Charlie and Seamus together.

If this is the first time they've seen each other since that conversation, I can see Seamus being nervous because of all that was said/offered/promised (longterm relationship, etc.) between them.
