Quick observation
Mood: curious
Has anyone else noticed how remarkably friendly Hermione and Snape's conversations have been?
Coming from Snape, that's practically playful. Even though he accuses her of brown-nosing.
Has anyone else noticed the increasing respect Snape is showing Hermione? Of course, the whole Wolfsbane Potion responsibility was more through the tension between Lupin and Snape, but I honestly think Snape's growing to respect her more. It is odd.
Thank god N_A Snape is gayer than a tree full of nifflers. Otherwise, I'd begin to worry. XD

[channels Karen from Will-and-Grace]
He fell out of the gay tree and hit every gay branch on the way down. And then he landed on a gay man. And he did him.
...er yes.
BUT. Snape is awfully...okay, I won't say friendly...he does seem less likely to put arsenic in her tea, how about that...he did seem almost. Yes. Playful, good word. It's a wtf moment as far as I'm concerned...(I had noticed)

EEEE. *puts quote in quotebook* I love it!
Good to know I'm not the only one who's noticed. It is rather odd, but I like it. I can see Snape snarking at Hermione for no good reason as she takes copious notes that no teacher but Snape could fault.

It's best said in a sort of, 'Oh, honey' kinda voice. [grin]
Yes, this somewhat new and odd Snape-Hermione dynamic is kinda nice.

I think, in that thread, he's teasing her, and she's teasing him back without him quite realizing it. It's really cute!! No student/teacher in N.A. though, right . . . ?
