That's basically what I meant with my comment. If that was a difference between the two maybe Seamus would have mentioned it due to the large fuss Draco puts up on the subject.

But I'm just in constant search for reasons to squee! You are, of course, right that it's almost redundant to mention since we all know what Seamus thinks of ps's sexuality.

Only thing... Draco said that he didn't have an interest in fashion... "As though I care only about fashion. Perhaps he should've taken the time to notice that the only time I discuss clothes is when someone else takes it up with me" [to Percy re:Ron] But perhaps Seamus sees this as a defense mechanism, as it most likely is... hm.

And I love the Seamus - Draco dynamic, which we see places like here. Mr Prove-a-Point. Hehe. It feels like Draco is getting less and less untouchable as we go on, you know?

Well, Draco might say that, but in fact, he's been going on about clothes and his co-students' fashion sense (or the lack thereof) a lot.
The only new thing about it is that he's talking about it to boys now. (Before, it's mostly been Pansy and his mother.)

Indeed, but in my eyes, for the same reason as the point above: Before, nobody bloody listened to him, no less replied. And the warmer the reactions he gets, the less poisonous are his posts. Just another proof that ickle Drakey can play nice with the other kids.

I am seriously beginning to love Seamus. Probably because during this kerfuffle he always replied exactly the way I wanted to, usually by repeating the facts over and over for everybody to hear.:-) This was the best.

And the best of the best? That Draco smells of Aqua di Gio!! I'm dying for Draco to reply with what Seamus smells of.

I think Seamus sees Draco as a potential love interest, sure. I don't mean he's got designs on him, just that I think he gets what Harry sees in him. Maybe he'd be interested if Dean didn't exist but who knows? Maybe they'd just be friends. Anyway, I think they make a seriously interesting pair even as friends. There's an interesting kind of tension between them (Seamus' post to Draco about not being cared about was a little flirty and it was cool).

I'm kind of interested to see how Seamus responds to ps's comment that he "doesn't even know what Aqua di Geo is," if he responds at all. Just because that could get into some seriously flirty territory. I mean, it kind of demands that Seamus tell him how it smells, which would in effect be like telling Draco that in case he didn't know it he smelled quite delicious and Seamus is very aware of it. Seamus may have accidentally put his foot in it a little with that one with his a-little-bit-too-sensual descriptions...:-)

I'm really intrigued with the conversation between these two. Seamus' choice of music, "This Wizard Is In Love With You"/immediately followed by a picture of Draco, plus the possibilities of the two embarking on a decorating project...

Even if there isn't a mutual attraction there, there is a definite potential for their interaction to be misinterpreted (by Dean, Harry, Ron...take your pick)!
