My thoughts as well. However, it could also be related to his excursion to visit Harry. Of the options, I prefer the baby one, since that makes me optimistic. I don't know if "discuss" is the best word for her telling him about the baby, but that may simply be Narcissa's way of putting it.

From her reply to Lucius' comment, I'm uncertain that the baby news is absolutely confirmed. Has she already checked at St.Mungo? Or just getting fat? Or she's the only one in NA who's completely clueless?

That is a worrying post-order. Acting clueless even after asking for Draco. Would it be traitorous of me to wait and watch, rather than speculate wildly that this means that she obviously wants to talk to Draco about Potter and this could provoke a big disaster and the ruination of our squees? The last time Narcissa stayed with Remus, he wouldn't let her have any alcohol until she saw her doctor. She said she couldn't do that as all her time was being taken up looking for Draco's painted self. There hasn't been a word about doctors since then.
I would hope Narcissa isn't that clueless when it comes to her cycle. We know from Lucius's post-dueling rambles that his wife has some very strong pain-killers for her cramps. Most women would notice that they haven't had to dope themselves up in a while, but this is Narcissa.

Then again, this is Narcissa we're talking about. I wouldn't put much past her in terms of how flaky/forgetful she is. I think if she is pregnant she doesn't have any clue about it yet. Also, as this is still early on, I doubt that she'd be showing much yet at all.
