I was wondering, what is that about?

If I were Harry I would really be mad at Hermione after that. That argument seemed really canon to me; it's just like Hermione to hate Malfoy but defend Ernie, when they both do the same things, just to different people. And by that I mean look down on people, snub people, get irrationally angry at people. Although Draco is admittedly quite a bit nastier about it.

Yes, they were together (Harry and Draco broke up in the thread you're linking to). There is no post or thread that says this specifically, since their relationship is a secret, and the two of them have agreed to keep it off the journals. It's been revealed in hints and bits and pieces (and certainly makes for some interesting speculation at times ;) ).

Here's the breakdown of the post you're asking about: Draco doesn't really give a damn about Ernie being upset; he was using that as the thinnest of veils to vent about Harry. The problem with their relationship being (as he sees it) that Harry expects him to change into a better, nicer person just because he's with Harry. Draco says this is unreasonable and unfair, and didn't they already decide 10 months ago when they had a similar argument that he's never going to change?

Harry counters by saying that he never wanted Draco to be a different person. But that Draco, apparently, wants him to change, since the reason Draco's upset is that Harry called him a "prick" when Draco called Hermione a "Mudblood."

And so on and so on. And now they're not speaking.

Well, remember, this is just me speculating, since it's all innuendo ... but I'd say since last May. There's a lot of history in this game. Check out Historic Alley's links to the Harry/Draco-related discussion posts.

It was about as bad an argument as they've had so far.
