I think she is slightly referring it to Draco, like how could Draco like Weasley just because something bad happened to him compare to Harry and Draco's relationship. I mean does Harry like Draco because something bad happened to him, or because of other reasons.

I don't know if I am explaining it correctly.

Well, I thought Millicent was talking about not liking the Weasleys just because something bad happened to them, but Harry seemed to *think* she was talking about Draco, so I wondered if he had something specific in mind as to what she was referring to. The stuff he went through after the outing doesn't seem right because Harry already had tried to kiss him then.

YAY! I noticed that too but I was too scared to post it unless I was just reading too much into it. He said it in present tense! It wasn't I didn't like Draco because of.... It was I don't like Draco because of.... It makes me hopeful all is not lost between them. I personally think Draco is being such a brat at the moment because he is really hurt about the way Harry and others seem to be taking out their frustration and anger out on him, because he is a Malfoy.
