Music: Delta Dart - Middle Name

I think Goyle's hair looks nice, it reminds me of the singer from Green Day.

Plus, Goyle highlights an important problem. The Shout-Outs have led to a significant increase in reference to NSync songs and decrease in other references, esp. Nine Inch Nails. We're responsible for the descent of Hogwarts music to the deepest depths of pop. How does that feel?

I, for one, feel that the only respectable alternative is to leave nraged forever and never return. Not that I will or anything, but still.

I feel dirty, so very dirty. ;-) But I suppose drawing the parallel between the massive squeeing here and the audience at a pop concert is not wholly inaccurate. *snerk*

Note to self: from now on, use \m/ and other less "pre-teen girl at an Nsync concert" language to lessen said parallel.

Perhaps the correct terminology should be Squeeing FanPersons?

maybe Squeeing FanMuggles?

Squeeing Ganfirls? (Hahahaha, I typed that accidentally, honestly, but I like it best!)

lol

I think it should be Squeeing FanMen, for the A) ironic value, B) fact that Men includes all humankind. C) yeah, really it's only for irony's sake and D) fuckit, Ganfirls IS best.

no need, it's fun to feel opressed and marginalized in a way that doesn't matter at all. :)

*is still absurdly amused by this*

I wonder how long it will get? Is he compensating for something, or simply illustrating his own treacherous trek through puberty, from hulking tank of a boy to bulky hulk of a man?

We really should be ashamed of ourselves.

Hmph. Goyle has stolen my hair. Well, OK, my hair is only green atm because the blue is wearing out and I have been too lazy to re-dye it, but.

This plague of pop is indeed disturbing. I am hoping that nice Goth boy will object, or show some musical taste, or something. ::fangirls in a spiky-necklaced manner::

Maybe we should introduce a less pop-ish shout-out band, and hope it fixes the problem?

Some suggestions:
nRage against the Machine
NWA (NrAgers With Additude)
Squee Team Electra
They Might Be Fangirls (but only MIGHT)
Disturbed

Ooh! They Might Be Fangirls! Excellent!
Didn't Ernie used to list "they might be house elves" under current music a lot awhile ago? And before that, I think Ginny or someone used to list "they might be half-giants." Maybe I'm farther behind than I thought...
