A single voice of reason in a cacophany of idiots.
How infinitely enlightening that a matter of educational importance has become overlooked in favour of histronics and other trivial incidents. It only serves to prove that this school is less about passing on knowledge to its students than encouraging them to be preoccupied with foolishness and utterly useless.
No matter. I am of course completely convinced of Potter's plagiaristic treachery, and I will see to it that he rues the day he ever thought he could slip his pitiful attempt at intellectual thievery past me. Clever Harry Potter, our resident so-called celebrity, shall have another title to add to his curriculum vitae: espionage dunderhead.
Unfortunately, while the rest of the school has been kind enough to avoid me in silent protest of my noble attempt to prove him for the fraud that he is, not all of the staff have been so cooperative. This morning I found not one, not two, but five paper cranes adorning my place at the staff table. Lupin, you are a menace to society and quite possibly out of your tree. Do you not have anything better to do - fleas to scratch, students to bore - than pester me with silly bits of paper?
Cease with the infernal cranes, or else be confronted by my boundless rage.
Finally, anyone caught tormenting or plotting to torment anyone of the House of Slytherin will find themselves punished beyond any extreme previously encountered. I will not tolerate the harassment of my students. Consider yourselves warned.
