Yup, I thought the same thing. And there's this.
With regards to the Narcissa-Remus friendship I think at this precise point, it can cut both ways; it might even get stronger over this - whatever 'this' is exactly- instead of ending. Narcissa seems to have a decision of sorts to make. Or has made.
But...Gah. S/R seems to be in rough waters.
