I'd say that the lack of affection in her tone is merely that she wants to let dear Lucius know that she isn't going to take any crap from him - that she's going to expect a little more from him from now on.

Maybe they finally came to terms with one another about many things, particularly their feelings and most likely their roles in Draco's life now.
