Apparently it points straight to Cuba. Which means west. Or possibly south.

Maybe he has a magical compass birthmark? "Oh why, oh why, did I have to get this birthmark that points to Cuba? Why couldn't it have pointed to something useful, like the nearest bar?"

It's not a huge secret who I am. I'd say read fics. Those who characterize Lucius well might also do so in fic. Particularly H/D ones. Or even AU H/D ones.
