Hee hee... perhaps his room or bed has just been charmed, or (so my overactive imagination wonders) maybe a portkey was hidden in Snape's bed and sweet revenge was wreaked for this part of the poem:

Sirius Black did us all a favour
And emigrated
To Antarctica
Without a coat.

Worth suggesting anyway. :D

My first thought was that the castle would likely be very drafty and cold if one was suddenly not wearing clothes :)

But I'm probably wrong. I can never guess what's actually going on.

Whatever Sirius did, you're right that it happened soon after Snape posted the poem.
