I've been thinking about my favorite nocturne_alley bits, and one that hasn't been mentioned lately, I think, was Snape's travels last summer--when he spelled EVERYTHING'S NOT LOS--. It was very fun following him around the globe and trying to guess where he'd turn up next. I don't think we ever found out what the point was (something about the Ark of the Covenant, IIRC), but it was entertaining nonetheless.

So, thanks to potions_master, and seekercho and lupercus, for keeping nraged guessing last summer. It was great.
